From childhood gymnastics to road cycling, skiing, and stand-up paddleboard racing, movement has always been my language—and transformation, my purpose.

With a PhD in Exercise & Sports Science and a Master’s in Nutrition, I’ve coached elite athletes and adaptive sports teams including Greenville Cycling, Team Roger C. Peace, and Paralyzed Veterans of America Racing. Now, I help driven women reclaim their energy, elevate performance, and align their lifestyle with their purpose—without sacrificing health, joy, or freedom.
