Movement has shaped my life—from childhood gymnastics to cycling, skiing, and SUP racing.
Over time I learned that performance is the foundation of longevity—when you train smarter, recover deeper, and fuel intentionally, you stay strong and capable for decades.
With a PhD in Exercise Science and an MS in Nutrition, I translate the latest longevity research into clear, do-able strategies that help you feel energized, strong, and focused at every age.
I blend science + mindset—simplifying research on sleep, recovery, metabolism, and brain health, while also helping you build purpose, resilience, and joy.
