Hi, I’m Dr. Audrey Lee

Performance Coach | Longevity Strategist | Wellness Educator

Movement has been part of my story from the beginning—from childhood gymnastics to road cycling, skiing, and stand-up paddleboard racing. But over the years I discovered that peak performance alone isn’t the goal. What matters most is longevity: having the energy, strength, and clarity to keep doing what you love through every stage of life.

With a PhD in Exercise Science and a Master’s in Nutrition, I’ve spent two decades translating the latest research in physiology, neuroscience, and longevity science into strategies people can actually use. My work has guided corporate leaders, elite athletes, adaptive athletes, and aging Veterans across the U.S. and U.K.—helping thousands reclaim energy, build resilience, and create sustainable habits that last.

What sets my approach apart is that I blend data and soul. I simplify complex research on sleep, recovery, mitochondria, metabolism, brain health, and hormones—and combine it with the deeper work of mindset, purpose, and joy. Because health isn’t just about numbers. It’s about living a life that feels full and meaningful.
